To provide all guests with the highest quality experience and respect the time of our stylists, we kindly ask that all appointments be honored with appropriate notice for any changes or cancellations.
Cancellation Window
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations may result in the loss of any deposits paid, particularly for color or extension services.
No Show / No Call
Failure to show or contact us about your appointment will result in 100% forfeiture of your deposit. Clients with a no-show history may be required to prepay in full for future services.
