To provide all guests with the highest quality experience and respect the time of our stylists, we kindly ask that all appointments be honored with appropriate notice for any changes or cancellations.

Cancellation Window

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee.

• Same-day cancellations may result in the loss of any deposits paid, particularly for color or extension services.

No Show / No Call

Failure to show or contact us about your appointment will result in 100% forfeiture of your deposit. Clients with a no-show history may be required to prepay in full for future services.

Clients who arrive later than 15 minutes will either be asked to reschedule (48 hour cancellation fees will still apply at $25 fee) or receive a shortened service if time allows. Service prices are not amended for shortened times.

​For safety and liability reasons, We ask that you please leave your little ones at home. Don't get us wrong - We love kids, but the salon isn't a safe place for them. With bowls of chemicals, sharp shears, and hot irons being used regularly - it's not exactly the best environment for children.
